Customized note pads, complete with your practice name and contact information, are great to have around the office. Staff members and patients can use them to take notes, and you can even give them away as a promotional item.

You can simply have your information printed at the top of the page, or let our in-house graphic artists create a layout specific for your needs. Each 4-1/4” x 5-1/2” pad contains 50 sheets. Price includes your choice of any 1 of our 12 standard ink colors printed on 20# white bond. Second ink color and/or PMS colors are available for additional fees.
