Orthodontists: If you have OPMS, Cloud9 or Orthotrac software, these multi-part laser appointment cards are for you.

The top left section will list the patient’s next few appointments – making it easier to schedule patients way in advance. The bottom left section provides a work/school excuse. The top right shows financial information, such as balance due or past due amounts. And the bottom right indicates the time and date of the patient’s next appointment.

Orthodontic “do’s and don’ts” (i.e. standard advice for patients with braces) are pre-printed on the back side.

Overall size is 8-1/2 x 5-1/2, with 1 horizontal perforation and 1 vertical perforation.
